Hi sorry I don't know him personally but just wanted to give you a little advice. You can do background check on this person online. Its not free. There is two sites that are good that I have used in the past. You will need to know his age, first and last name, state he lives in etc. the more info you know about him the better.

Try Ussearch.com or Intelius.com see which is cheaper. The more info you want on the person the more it will cost. But some info cost as little as 4.95 so you may want to check this out, if you like.

Also, I wish you luck with your search, but I want to give you a couple pointers. First, I am a dog groomer and have been for over three years. I was grooming when the Labradoodle craze really hit big. Then the Goldendoodles followed. In the beginning, people were paying $1,600 for a mixed breed under the guise of them being hypo-allergenic and non-shedding. I have dealt with numerous people mortified by the amount of shedding their doodles do, and they get their dogs shaved. The "breed" is actually a mix of two breeds, one (poodle) that does not shed or produce a lot of dander, and one (retriever) that sheds profusely and produces a lot of dander. It is unethical for breeders to tell you that the puppy you're going to buy from them is 100% going to take after the poodle half, when they could well take after the retriever half.

If you want a doodle for the non-shedding/hypoallergenic qualities, please consider a Poodle or other non-shedding breed that you know will not shed, or consider looking at adult doodles so you can see for yourself how they turned out, what kind of hair they have, and how your allergies react to it.

If you've just decided you want a doodle for whatever reason, make sure you know that they are mixes, and one is not necessarily going to end up looking like, acting like, or the same size as the one you met. Many I have met/groomed have been huge animals bigger than any retriever or standard poodle I have ever seen. They get over 100 lbs, sometimes. Sometimes they have curly hair, sometimes wavy. Sometimes they look a lot like retrievers (be it Labrador or Golden), but with longer, wirey hair. I have customers get so upset sometimes when I cannot quote them a price to groom their doodle over the phone, because there is just such an immense range of size and coat types for the "breed."

And since I am a groomer, I do have to let you know that oftentimes, these dogs mat severely. The mixture of the poodle and retriever coats create a thickness that never stops growing. If you don't comb your dog out every other day, it's going to get matted. If I'm not shaving a doodle because it sheds so much, I'm shaving a doodle because it is severely matted -- and in that case, I mean shaved to the skin. For the dog and yourself, you should expect to take your dog to the groomer every 4-6 weeks and pay 50-80 each time. The initial price tag on these guys has fallen considerably due to overproduction by breeders cashing in on the craze, but do expect to spend a lot of money on them for the rest of their lives.

If you're still dying for a doodle and think you can take care of one and keep up on it (it's really painful for the dog to live matted for weeks because their owners can't afford to spend the extra $$ to get them groomed), then good luck, and best wishes. Please look at adoption first, as more and more designer dogs are winding up in the shelters now because they were impulse buys and proved too much to handle for whatever reason.

Hope this didn't come off as rude. I love dogs, or else I wouldn't do what I do. I just see so many people getting into a certain "breed" or type of dogs without knowing what they're getting into, and having to get rid of their dog for reasons that could have been prevented. You'd like to think breeders would try to educate people before selling them a puppy to prevent that kind of thing, but the ones that are in it for money actually lie to people. It's really sad, but hopefully some educated people can give the thrown-away dogs a second chance.

So, there was this squirrel that lived under my hot tub, until that broke and he was evicted. Now, he makes me feel bad and sits outside my window starring at me and eating sticks. So, I bought him a bag of peanuts (Raw, not salted or unsalted). He's been getting peanuts for over a week now. Well, some tramp squirrel just like moved in on my Squirrel (Whom I call - Naked Charlie). So he just like crazy ass tae-bo'd from the deck rail and tackled her away from the peanuts I just threw at him. But Trampy Kathy here, (Just named her that) wasn't even eating the peanuts, she was eating the sticks, so I have two questions:

1) Anyone know of a squirrel afrodisiac?

2) Could I build them a squirrel condo and put it in a tree or do they just prefer their own nests?

Wait, what if they're both dudes?

Never mind, just the two questions.

SIDE NOTE: I fed Naked Charlie with the intentions of continuing to feed him his entire life: now that he has grown accustomed to not having to scavange.

In responce to eariler messages:
1) Yes I did give him an eviction notice - ran to the deck and yelled: "NAKED CHARLIE! GET YOUR ASS OUT! THEY'RE TAKING THE TUB!!!" and I kicked the tub, but he wasn't home.
2) I will try to keep you updated
3) Following some research, I discovered Naked Charlie is infact a boy. And Trampy Kathy is infact a girl.
4) Naked Charlie is not naked, his coat just isn't as fluffy as it was in the winter, do squirrels blow their coats?
5) I could try to do a Naked Charlie, Trampy Kathy cartoon/ comic, but I'm only a college student working 40 to 45 hours a week, I will have to extend the day to 27 hours, so I can find time.

I got these guys out of a horrible situation and am hoping someone will adopt them. There is a male and female not sure if ages, they were only being fed walnuts and dry sugar glider food. We have posted this before, but Leela is still looking for her forever home.

UPDATED INFO:

She is now front paw de-clawed, micro chipped and up to date on all shots.

This sweet cat was found outside freezing and hungry with an injured eye.
She's been a trooper while being carted around to doctors and being poked and prodded and medicated.

Although we tried to do what we could to save her eye, it was blind and sight was not going to be restored.
A veterinary specialist examined her and told us that it would be in her best interest to remove the eye to avoid future complications.

She is very affectionate, but needs to be an only animal.
We discovered the infection in her eye might have been toxoplasmosis, so just in case, she has completed a full course of antibiotics to get rid of it, if she ever had it.

She cannot stay at the rescue in foster as I have discovered that my personal cat has Feline Infectious Peritonitis.
Fortunately, she has been in quarantine while being treated and is negative, but the quicker she gets out, the better for her.
Please we are a small mammal rescue and not equipped to foster a cat and she deserves so much better.

I have been recording bands at bars forever(past 15 years for my pleasure). Now I would like to try making a business of it. I am not going to charge you up the whazoo and I don't even know if there is a market for this sort of thing. I will tell you that the video's look fantastic and the audio quality is good...can be better if I can record off a board though. I can make it to most gigs by 9pm.....I do have a day job too. Prices will range from $100 on up depending on how long you want me to be there and how far I have to drive. I also charge less if you just want me to set up a camera and not zoom in on anything ----but you could do that yourself. $100 would get you about 5 songs near the downriver area. Extra cost would include the cost of the HD disk, gas and any bar cover charges. Keep in mind that you can only watch HD disks in a blu-ray player, avchd players on a computer or a PS3 gaming system. Steven Spielberg I am not........however, my videos always get compliments. Unfortunately Hd content takes up a lot of space.

Detroit to NYC want to ride one way ?

We came in to Detroit to visit friends and family, and to check out the concert of colors. Our other passengers made other plans, so if you would like to ride back to new york city with us on tuesday morning we'll be arriving by tuesday night.

leaving tuesday the 22nd of July around 8 or 9 am. Help with driving appreciated but not necessary. Payment for gas and car rental split fairly for one day would be about $ 65 to $75 total THis is cheaper and faster then greyhound.
