Legal assistance needed (detroit, mi)

My ex husband (his attorney) is objecting to the Referee Recommendation which does not allow him to have a payment plan but does cancel surcharges for child support he owes. He is objecting by saying that he lived with me when the child was born, continued to live with me, and then we got married so I should be required to pay half of his child support. This dates back to when my 1st child was born in 1989 and he is just now making this claim. I dont believe he ever used the address where my child was born or the address where my 2nd child was born in 1990. He only has a couple years with taxable income and cannot prove his employment for many of them years.
I only make about $250 a week and I cant afford to pay an attorney up front. Any help, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Have a blessed day and thank you for you time.

When my brothers wife yelled at me on the phone & told me that she wished I was the one that had cancer 3 years ago because I asked her to have lunch with me, I said to my friend that my brothers wife popped a cell and has cancer. Three months later she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She is absolutely hateful to me. My Kabbalha teacher said that hate and guilt causes cancer. Becasue she wished it upon me she brought it upon herself.

My brother passed away last year and his wifes crazy mother asked me to shoufer her other grandchildren from the funeral home to the cemetery. I said no. I was not invited to drive in the limo with the family.

Now I just found out that my mother was told about my brothers unveiling right before so I wouldn�t find out. My brother�s wife did not invite me to my own brothers inveiling. She told my mother it was just for immediate family. I always said and say that if you divide a family yours shall be divided. It�s called karma.

My brother�s wife�s father screamed at me on the phone when I called to speak to his wife. He said I only call when I want something. When I hung up I said he
was going to have prostate cancer. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer about five years later. What could I want from them? I definitely do not and did not want their karma.

My brothers wife did not want me in her home. She would invite my daughter and my mother for Thanksgiving dinner every year with out me. If you divide a family yours shall be divided. KARMA. I do not want her karma, or her familys karma! It killed my brother!

I did favors for my brother�s inlaws. They never did anything for me except be mean to me. I never asked anything from them.

Now I don't have to feel guilty that I didn't tell them that they were sick. It is a catch 22 being an intuitive. I was never close enough to these people to share that I had these gifts.

Any feedback on how anyone else would react to not being invited to their siblings unveiling by there siblings spouse. I guess I will watch their karma unfold some more. I do not want my brother�s wives or her family�s karma.

I said and predicted that this cancer is going to travel to her ........ (Will not finish that statement) I feel that it is making my brothers wife dillusional. She told my mother that I called her and said I wish she was going to die. I have not called her in years. And when I called her over three years ago I only asked her if I could take her out for lunch. I even offered my brother when she was dignoised with cancer that I would be happy to drive her to treatments if they need help.

After she screamed at me I did take her of my prayer list because I didn't want to bring her essence of hate into my circle of love. But I never wished her dead or called her and tell her anything of this sort. I wouldn't have wasted a wish! I just kept my distance and stayed out of her verbaly abusive fireing range.

Any feed back from the public would be appreciated!

I heard all these horrable things that they have been telling people about me for years. Now I just want to tell my side of the story.

let me know. I need a coach or teacher. I am a self taught cast iron lifter, but I know that my technique is flawwed.
I'm also looking for a partner as well if anyone is interested. Ultimately I want to get into strongman implements as well. I'm currnently working out at Lincoln park Powerhouse and Brownstown powerhouse. Really the most important thing for me though is bumper plates. I'm sick of worrying about dropping cast iron from overhead lifts. I'm very serious so please help.

If everyone helps out by giving to someone in need with just one item, it eases the pain of not having. If a kind word is offered it makes a heart fell less pain. If we band together and offer suggestions, help, and contribute positive ideas, then we move together as a society. This is most evident during the holiday season. The world will not always be as tough as it is right now, we will be able to look back and know that by doing just one small thing we made a difference. How do I know this? In the past five years I have lost a home, a business, and other worldly items. In April I lost my job, my apartment and my belongings. I have gone back to college, attained a degree and still am working hard to become useful again. I am currently working a job making 5 dollars less per hour that I did at this time last year.
