I am in need of hiring someone temporarily to help with a few leaf clean up jobs. I've been doing this with a pulled muscle in my back and it's not helping with the healing process so, hence the help wanted ad.
Mostly will be using a backpack blower and a Zero-turn 61" mower with a side bagger (very little hand raking if any). All jobs will require the leaves to be put out in the road for City pick up.

The LPC Make Ready is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. They work with the maintenance team to ensure that the quality of work meets the standards set by the company and the owner.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: The Maintenance/Zamboni driver is responsible for driving the Zamboni for ice resurfaces and also for the cleaning of the outside and inside of the facility.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Know the safety, maintenance and operational methods defined in the Zamboni training manual
· Resurfacing of ice
· Keep facility clean at all times, including garbage cans
· Keep main lobby restrooms clean
· Maintain and monitor heaters throughout building
· Executing lock down procedure for building
· Mop lobby and vacuum rugs
· When leaving be sure all keys are at counter, all lights are off in building
· Follow closing procedures
· Close all arena player doors
· Have working knowledge of HVAC systems

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION:
