Work schedule will be Sunday ... Thursday, 6 pm to 4 am beginning November 22nd. Travel required: hotel, air, and meals funded by CLA. This position has potential for other opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Preferred: Retail merchandising reset/remodel experience Ability to read and set a plan-o-gram Knowledge of (Lozier) fixture placement, movement, and adjustment

Required: Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with deadline constraints Experience and ability to work with small hand tools Willing to work nights ... general hours are 6pm to 4am; Sunday ... Thursday Willing to travel independently to remote locations Ability to work well in a team setting Organized and self motivated and can work efficiently with remote reporting relationship

Experience Required: The minimum formal education preferred is a high school diploma and/or high school equivalency. Meet minimum automobile insurance requirements and favorable background clearance PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel independently locally & nationally. Various travel schedules and different time zones. (100% travel required with overnight stays). Ability to converse verbally well with others. Highly physical activities including the ability to disassemble and rebuild shelving and display units in established rural specialty stores. Regularly required to stand or sit, reach, bend, lift and move about the retail store. Long periods of standing and walking. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Event site setup, execution and teardown
• Act as brand ambassador at mall
• Premium & Collateral management (tracking giveaways, inventory)
• Equipment inventory & maintenance (phones, cameras, laptops, etc)
• Responsible and committed to working long weekend hours
• Attend training session

Dates on schedule thus far:

• Novi, MI (Detroit, MI) - Twelve Oaks Mall
  • Training dates to be scheduled on or around November 23 - 25, 2009
  • Work shifts during mall hours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, November 27 – December 20, 2009.
  • Additional 15-20 work hours may be available (Monday – Thursday at retail locations and for mall setup/teardown)

To make the first cut:

Must meet the above criteria and be able to attend all dates on schedule. Due to short timeframe staff must be committed to the weekend shifts. Back-ups may be hired.

Compensation:

$16/hour
