Needed artist to take pre-existing artwork and make into an 18 x 24 inch poster. Basically, the background needs to be designed and predetermined text needs to be applied. The environment that this poster must be appropriate for is K-12 foreign language classrooms, though elementary classrooms are the main venue. The artwork is very cute and elementary appropriate, but I was thinking of having a more transitional background, perhaps, to be appealing to a larger market. The theme for this project is "We are the world."

1) Design

2) Marketing:
a) Lean how to market and design for different types of people including music fanatics, boomers, and specialty groups.

Required Special Skills & Qualifications:
� Bachlor�s degree in graphic design or equilivant
