I am renting out this 7 car garage, the building demensions are 25 by 68 feet, and garage door height is 7 feet. As you can see from the pictures it has 4 garage doors plus a service door on the side. This is a newer building, with electricity and concrete. This is a nice garage, it is well lit inside, and has 220 power. There is 24 hour access, property is gated and secure, and is located on a safe, quiet, wooded, dead end street in Lapeer.

There is no house on this property, only 2 large garages that I have been using for my tools and equipment, I am keeping possession of one garage for myself, and will be renting out this one.
