Grunberger Diabetes Institute is currently evaluating the effectiveness of an investigational diabetes medication.

To be eligible for the program, you must be:
● 18 years of age or older,
● diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, AND
● having trouble controlling your blood sugars levels.

Qualified participants will receive study treatment as well as study-related medical evaluations and tests at no cost. If eligible, there is a $40.00 gas voucher per visit.
