Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
" Supervise 60 + Teamster union and non-union support staff
" Take proactive measures to prevent warehouse losses to ensure inventory control
" Oversee the warehouse dock to insure accurate, safe and proper loading and unloading of trucks from returning shuttles
" Ensure compliance of sanitation guidelines of SFD warehouse and trailers
" Perform audits to ensure quality of employee work with shipping orders
" Ensure all employees are in compliance with all company, attendance and safety policies
" Assist with training of new hires
" Monitor and maintain a safe environment
" Work with upper management to identify and prioritize projects
" Oversee that equipment is properly used
Qualifications:
" Working knowledge of all order selection and shipping operations

We are a well established, high volume, Men's and Women's comtemprory store (specializing in denim) currently looking for a pt (24hrs) to full time (35-40hrs) a week SALES ASSOCIATE. Our store has a long standing track record and belief that a company should promote from within. If you are a determined person or student looking to advance in any form of retail: Visual merchandising, floor management, creative buying, administrative bookkeeping/managing cash flow) this is your job. We run a pretty relaxed, non-competitive sales environment which requires a serious level of self motivation.
