When I get it on a regular basis lasting longer isn't an issue. If I go a week or more without it it's difficult to last more than 10 min. For me to get the best result I like to get a quickie or BJ in the morning hours. When night time arrives I'm good to go nearly indefinitely.

If you own a soldering iron, you can replace large items like lamps. Surface-mount stuff with fine-pitch leads requires special gear, but replacing a lamp or a LED is not difficult even with a soldering iron. Just use a fine tip and low wattage.

I doubt that a LED would fail unless you have a bad solder joint at the LED or elsewhere in the circuit (you will usually have a dropping resistor too). Just re-heating the joint might fix it. Add a little solder if it didn't get enough originally.

Yes, I know that. I worked for the State of Michigan for 7 years before I quit to start my own business. It was GREAT, blue cross blue shield plan that I paid almost nothing for-- the State paid over $10,000 per year for my benefits package. Then I started my own business where I make more money at home and get to stay home with my children. However, I don't have any insurance. A disadvantage to not "working for the man".

It sucks to be paying so much for insurance that isn't even going to cover anything. Kind of pointless huh?

First of all let me share that there is never a time when a man wants it to be over quickly unless he needs to get back to his wife.

There are a lot of reasons that we might not last long and here are a few examples that I experence. First of all I can control it better when my wife is on top and she cannot really get the full stroke movement like I get when I am on top. First of all, I know these two are different entities, Chrysler and Chrysler Financial, but, I guarantee you BOTH SUCK! My dad worked for Dodge Truck and provided EVERYTHING a family and kids would ever need, beyond my wildest dreams. We always had everything. So you UAW bashers can fuck off. If it weren't for the unions, you wouldn't have job protection, job safety and workers would have basically just been slaves. Yeah yeah, in some if not alot of areas, the UAW breeds laziness, but, you can thank the nogs for that area. They want to sit around and collect something for nothing in all aspects of life. And yeah again, you now have OSHA for worker safety issues and workers compensation insurance. But if we didn't have the UAW back in the early days, guys would lose fingers, eyesight, and be exposed to harmful chemicals.

Now, since my family has been long time loyal supporters of Chrysler, I can honestly say that they build a good solid product. I've never had EVEN ONE ISSUE with any Chrysler product I've ever leased or owned. Not one. The worst problem I ever had was a power window switch that didn't work properly on my 2004 Dodge Ram Hemi Pickup.
But, when my wife turned in her '07 Dodge Caravan, we weren't able to pay the $450 fee when we didn't and couldn't "re-lease" or purchase another vehicle. One month after leasing our '07, I lost my job. We've been living paycheck to paycheck for almost three years. After awhile, I stopped looking for work, because it's just not out there. I look, but just as aggressively. So sue me.
Anyways, I got calls IMMEDIATELY from Chrysler Financial and they demanded their $450 fee! I said look, we don't have it. Our credit is SPOTLESS, we've never ever been late on ONE CAR PAYMENT THROUGH 20 YEARS! Never ever once! I asked them if they could give us MAYBE 90 days, til after the holidays, because we were planning ON BUYING a Chrysler vehicle! They again, DEMANDED OUR MONEY!
THESE BASTARDS were and continue to be ruthless, as if we owed them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I would bet that there are THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of Chrysler customers who owe THOUSANDS and MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to these bastards yet, they come after us like a pack of wolves!

I am wondering about a recent drug screen for employment. I had taken an oxy (hydrocodone 5-500) night before the test, and evidently passed.
My question is this: is the screen looking for dosages an abuser would take, rather than one pill only (ie therapeutic dosage)...just curious. I only use them on occasion because it's the only thing that effectively knocks down my pain from rheumatoid arthritis...thanks

I have to admit that I too have seen some pretty messed up tolerances on blue prints, but it seemed to be on older component prints more often than with the newer ones. I think as an industry, we've gotten a lot smarter in the last ten years or so, but with anything in the world, if mistakes can happen, they will (in America AND Japan .. lots of laughs).

I have a lot of respect for machinist, and feel their knowledge comes from a more hands-on approach. When deciding on print tolerances though, I have to add that it should always be a 'meeting of minds' when making determinations. So many companies don't allow the time for the proper people to meet to make these decisions. A typical tolerance meeting should be conducted for each new component, with the minimum of the designer, product engineer, quality engineer, manufacturing engineer and machinist present. Of course, this doesn't always happen, and that's when the junk prints/tolerances are created.

P.S. I love the $750.00 'over-designed' gauge you mentioned. As we like to say in the industry, please follow the "KISS" rule ... keep it simple stupid!

In Michigan Grand Parents have no "rights" of visitation. It is up to their legal parent or guardian. So I guess you need to make nice with the parents and hope for the best.

If the parents are terrible parents, report them, and the kids "may" get removed from the home, if abuse or neglect is proven.

However, that does not mean that the courts will necessarily place them with you. In fact until the parents rights have been permanently terminated (which generally takes at least a year of trying to reunify children/parents) the parents can request that YOU the grandparents are NOT allowed access to their children. By that time, the kids have been in Foster Care so long they will likely be adopted by their foster parents and you will still never get to see them or be a part of their life.... so you have to be careful involving Protective Services and the Court Systems.

I've sometimes wondered the same thing ...

I saw the writing on the wall when it came to Obama. I listened, paid attention, read and researched before I casted my vote. I went with Chuck Baldwin from the Independent Constitution Party, who was backed by Ron Paul. Of course I knew it was a losing vote, but there was no way I could vote for anyone that I felt didn't have the values I was looking for.

But, talking to the masses out there right before election time, I started to believe a brain-washing mechanism was shot down from the sky on a day I stayed inside. Everyone seemed to believe in this monster Obama, and believe blindly, even if you tried to explain what he stood for.

I think the brain-washing is finally washing off though, but it's too late, the Obama machine is in office. It's like people are coming out of their trance, and I've got one good example. As I stated, the American owned automotive companies hold meetings to discuss tolerance specifications on components, and take into consideration all factors:

-Manufacturability: can this piece be produced repeatedly on production tooling to the print specifications and hold the given tolerances.

-What precision does each characteristic on the part have to maintain for proper fit, form & function.

-What is the cost of maintaining tighter tolerances and is it necessary (tighter tolerance led to more cost due to higher production monitoring, finer tooling, more end scrap, etc.).

As for the Japanese companies, most hand a part supplier a blue print with pre-determined tolerances, and expect the supplier to make this part regardless of cost, and if the manufacturing process would allow for such. They don't listen to logic, or don't care to discuss the extra cost to the supplier for maintaining an unnecessary tight tolerance.

Food for thought: Ever wonder if the Japanese hand these poorly thought out tolerances to American suppliers just to eat up American profits? Ever wonder if maybe there are two sets of print tolerance standards - one for parts produced by an American supplier for the Japanese, and one set for the Japanese suppliers?

And as for the person who wrote about ID and OD tolerances being tighter on Japanese cars, let me explain first (to the non-automotive people) that ID stands for Inner Diameter, and OD stands for Outer Diameter. Tolerances are necessary when an ID part has to fit into an OD sleeve. Logic will tell you that you can only be so tight on your tolerance, or else you would have an interference fit problem. You can't fit an exact 1.0mm rod into an exact 1.0mm hole, there has to be clearance for it to fit. The Japanese has not mastered this art any more than the American's ... get real! And anyway, I know many a person driving American made vehicles that have 350,000+ miles, just ask around.
