About the room...
The available UNFURNISHED bedroom is approximately 11�x13�, sunny with western and southern exposures, and great closet space. You and the other roommate will share your own bathroom. The entire third floor is also available for a larger space if you need it.

What you pay...
All housemates pay an equal share of monthly cleaning and maintenance supplies, and you buy your own food. We require a security deposit at move-in equal to one month's rent.

What you get...
Cable WiFi internet and TV, a spacious and tranquil yard (currently in the middle of re-landscaping), and housemates who pick up and clean up after themselves and respect you, your space and your belongings, and who expect you to do the same.

East English Village is located on the far east side, near Grosse Pointe. The "fine print"...
We're not 'party' people. We have friends over for dinner, drinks, movies, games, etc. from time to time. Last, but not least...
