What I Don't Want: Maternal/ Paternal landlords, people that dislike animals, extremely religous individuals with missionary like mindsets, and men with "motivations" other than strictly acquiring a tenant. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here.

My Ideal Situation: Rent between $400-550 within 25min or less of the law school on a month to month basis which would be paid in full at the beginning of every month. I would prefer to live with other singles but remain open to other setups. I'm also completely open to living with either a male or female. Actually, I would feel safer having a man living in the house with me. I would prefer a non-smoking household if at all possible. Since I'm coming from Missouri it would be a plus if the room had a bed already there. I love to cook(don't worry I'm quite tidy) so I would like access to the kitchen/laundry room. Oh and it would be really nice if utilites were included as well. I would be needing to stay for almost a year if we got along. After that, I'd like to go abroad for school. One last thing- I have an orange and white fat cat named Mr. Tainers. Mr. Tainers has been in my family for years. We're inseparable and I love him to pieces. He is neutered, declawed, and litter box trained. He has been an office cat at my parent's location for over 3yrs now and is very sociable. He MUST come with me.
