Overview:<br>
In this position, the Support Technician will be required to speak and write fluent Japanese and provide analytical and technical assistance in projects.  This position also serves in the capacity of Primary and/or Secondary Account Manager for clients. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Information Technology.  Background in the area of regulatory compliance issues will also be helpful.  This position is located in Massillon, Ohio.<br>

Responsibilities:<br>
	Provide assistance to the project management team in analyzing and understanding requirements.<br>
	Assist in the development of work order specifications to be approved by the client and used by the internal development team.<br>
	Provide quality assurance for the completion of project tasks as described in the work orders.  <br>
	Provide troubleshooting, problem correction, assistance and instruction to client staff remotely to resolve software problems or to generally support the clients use of the MSDgen software.<br>
	Determine client needs; recommend and implement solutions to ensure minimum delay and effective operation for system users. <br>
	Help maintain and update technical documentation such as system configurations, procedures, problem fixes and client support procedures. <br>
	Help develop, update and distribute user instructional documentation as needed. <br>
	Provide work performance input to supervisor. <br>
	Perform other related duties as required or assigned. <br>
	Travel to Japan 4-6 times per year.  <br>
Qualifications:<br>
	Must be fluent in Japanese and English, both verbal and written.<br>
	Excellent technical aptitude required.<br>
	Experience working with Database Managements Systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or Microsoft Access required.<br>
	SQL programming experience preferred.<br>
	Experience participating in IT projects is a plus.<br>
	Experience using enterprise software such as SAP, JDE, Ross, Intentia, Adage, etc. is a plus.<br>
	Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.<br>
	Superior customer service skills. <br>
	Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task to meet standard response times and deadlines.<br>
	Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>
