We are seeking a no-lease/no-security/no-credit "ASAP" style housing arrangement, short-term. This would be for a nice, devoted couple in their mid-twenties. We can pay monthly or weekly, it's up to you. We are neat/clean/responsible. We have one neat/clean female cat. We don't smoke. Our income is based on student loans/family trust funds/unemployment/odd jobs. It is definitely steady income. Our rent estimate of $250-$500 is based on: size of place and arrangement. We can do $200 for a bedroom if we have to share in utilities. We can do $250 if utilities are included. We can do $400 for an entire apartment if utilities are included, and $500 if they are not. We would desire parking, but if the location is close enough to (or in, ideally) Grosse Pointe, then parking could be on-street or not necessary. We can pay weekly or monthly, and we are flexible and open to ideas- we are simply looking for a place that meets our needs and budget ASAP.
