1 bedroom clean, well-kept apt. available now. I need to relocate for a new job. There is only a DTE bill, since everything runs off electric plus a 25-30 dollar water bill monthly. There is also a room inside the apt. for a side-by-side washer and dryer w/ attic above. Apt. has been updated with a new stove and dishwasher equipped. Private entry is nice w/ no above neighbors and parking right in front of the door step. Looking for the right person to take over my lease, a.s.a.p.. Great price for the location...
