Forte International Exchange Association (FIEA) will be bringing Ting Yan, a Chinese girl who is very interested in studying in the US educational system and in learning about US culture to study at Gabriel Richard Catholic High School in Riverview!
FIEA is a State-Department recognized student exchange/ international student program based in Washington, DC. Since 2000, we have brought nearly 2000 international students to the US to study in schools and experience American life and culture. These students are selected for our program based on high academic achievement, strong English abilities, and interest in American culture.
Who Can Host?
Any family willing to include the new student into their family life
Families with or without children
Families whose grown children have left home
As long as you have some extra love to go around, that's all you need! Somewhere in the world there is a student waiting to be matched with a family just like yours!
Share your care, traditions, culture and customs with our enthusiastic and well-behaved exchange students. Participating in this program leaves students and families feeling culturally enriched with a larger picture of the world. Come join our program and build lifetime friendships as you work to strengthen future relationships between your respective countries.
