This is a contract role for a Travel Massage Therapist covered Detroit-Metro area, Michigan. The Travel Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing various massage techniques tailored to client needs, including therapeutic massage, Swedish, deep tissue, sport massage, and spa services. Daily tasks will include Interaction with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized treatments to ensure their relaxation and well-being are key components of this role.
Commissions: 70/30
Main office located in Sterling Heights
Duties
Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage.
Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide excellent client service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout sessions.
Qualifications
Certification as a Massage Therapist is a plus
Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage
Experience with pain management strategies and occupational health practices preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
Previous spa or medical spa experience is a plus.
