ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation:
Chop vegetables, prep sauces, and portion meat according to recipe standards.
Station Setup: Stock and set up your station before meal service begins.
Execution: Cook menu items quickly and accurately (grilling, sautéing, frying) to meet ticket times.
Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless, sanitary work area and follow all ServSafe food safety guidelines.
Requirements Experience: 1+ years of line cook or commercial kitchen experience.
Certifications: ServSafe or Food Handler certification preferred.
Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a hot environment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
