People find stray cats/dogs every day and many are kind enough to post about them on these sites, both pets AND lost and found sections so it is so important for you to continue to look at these sites and others that you know of, For the Love of Louie, check your shelters and animal control. If you can, look at other surrounding craigslist cities bordering yours. Actually go and look. Animals may show up days, weeks, months after being gone. Be vigilant about looking for your pet, you may want to give up, but don't! Put up signs along the road large enough for passers-by to see, such as LOST CAT/DOG and your phone number. Someone in our subdivision tacked a sign on their tree on the front lawn when they lost their pet. Call your vet office also and sometimes stores (hardware or grocery) may have a bulletin board when you first come in the store put a note on it. I don't think you should state your pets name in your post. MICROCHIP your pet, it is well worth it in the long run. Keep the contact information current. These are just my thoughts. Hoping all your pets come home soon and safe to you.
