Minimum of one year's office experience. You will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional service to all clients.
Requirements:
Good penmanship, organizational, communication, and general office skills
Ensure efficient administration of the front desk- answering all inquiries in a timely manner
Have sense of direction and knowledge of the Metro Detroit and surrounding areas
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word software
Able to operate an office telephone system
Weekly social media maintenance
Work Independently in a timely manner
Self-starter
