THE PROS:
Roof age: unknown with no leaks
Water heater age: unknown still hot af
Furnace age: 3 years this month or next month
Central AC age: unknown still cranks cold air

Fingerprint lock will come with the home as well (new in box)
THE CONS:
Are there soft spots? Yes 3; 2 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom not bad but I’d fix sooner than later..
I’d replace the tub surround as it’s kinda rough you can get them under $180 all day but I cannot fix this myself.
There has been a dog and smoking in this home!!!!
I plan on posting more pictures as I get to finishing cleaning up the trailer
