Executive chef/Restaurant, bar manager (Warren/sterling)

Im in my 30th year in the business! I am to say the least old school i tend to work harder,faster and longer than guys half my age and im always first in and last to leave! As in most chefs i strive for perfection! My actions speak much louder than my words! I am looking for a long term gig but would like go be off book at first lets see if im what your looking for and your what im looking for! Contact chef Dan at show contact info !
