About the Role
We are actively hiring Territory Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing team in the storm
restoration industry. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to guide them through
the insurance claims process following storm damage—no out-of-pocket selling required.
This is a high-income opportunity offering structured support, paid training, and exclusive
territories.
What You’ll Do
• Work with homeowners to navigate insurance claims for storm-related property damage
• Manage and grow your own exclusive sales territory
• Conduct on-site property assessments (outdoor, hands-on work)
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver exceptional service
• Drive sales performance and achieve personal revenue goals

• $110K–$155K realistic first-year earnings

Full Benefits Breakdown
• All medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans become active on the first of the

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
