Join us today to learn how to freedive! It is off-season currently and all training will be at the Lake Orion Natatorium pool. All ages welcome!
Freediving is a very relaxing sport and activity, it is more mental than physical and so we incorporate a lot of Yoga and Meditation techniques along with the physical strength & endurance conditioning. There are many disciplines within freediving and we will train you for all of them, including No-Limits!

When is training?
Training is conducted every week Monday & Tuesday Evenings 6:30PM to 8PM, & Saturday 1PM-3PM. Whatever day(s) work best for you, Although we recommend attending at least 2 days a week.
What Equipment Do I Need?
The beautiful part of Freediving is how cheap it is to get started, all you really need to start are a pair of swim goggles or a dive mask, that's it! However there are a few things we do recommend you have.
Locker room lock
Spare change of clothes
Water bottle: This one is very important, many people don't realize how much they sweat when in the water, which can lead to severe dehydration, we recommend the Nalgene 48oz water bottles, They're BPA-Free & Extremely durable,They're available at Meijers for around $10
How Much Is Training?
The only thing you will have to pay for is pool admission. it is $5 for drop-ins and discounts available if you buy a punch card.
Who is Freediving for?
Freediving training has so many benefits from just having fun to improving your spearfishing to pushing your limits as a competitive athlete to saving lives. Below are some of the ways you can use our freediving classes for your own goals and benefits.
Recreational Freediving: Michigan has a TON of shipwrecks, many at very shallow depths and perfect for those who wish to freedive for pleasure. Also great if you plan on taking trips to the ocean but need to practice locally!
Competitive Freediving: Whether you wish to do local competitions or go for world records we can help you achieve your goals, and provide you the support you need for any discipline including No-Limits!
Spearfishing: We can help you achieve longer bottom time so you can catch that prize fish on your hunts!
Lifeguard Training: If you're training to become lifeguard or are already certified, we can still help you improve your breath holding ability that can be the difference between completing your training or saving someone's life who has become submerged underwater.
Military: If you're prepping for a program that has an intense water based & drown proofing component to it we can help you learn to stay calm and confident when in the water.
