This is a beautiful, Victorian period reed organ or harmonium, aka pump organ. This is what you would have in the period before electronic organs. Reed organs were popular and manufactured at least up to the 1930s.
Nice, finish is not original, was called "beautiful mission oak finish" in the ad when I purchased it in 1989 for $850.00!!!
I had it moved by a piano moving company, however I don't think this was necessary. I have an aluminum ramp, you will need a dolly, and I can help load.
Features and plusses:
1) Bellows, swell, coupler stops, and all keys completely operational.
2) Stop board with completely original logo and finish.
3) Reed set is complete and all keys sound (I replaced one missing reed when first purchased).
4) Keys are all lined up nicely.
5) Extra set of reeds (minus one) available for separate purchase.
6) Piano key (locks "fall board" closed) included, period but not original.
7) Circular-top walnut, swivel piano stool with glass ball and claw feet available for separate purchase.
Drawbacks:
1) Some stops are stuck in the ON position, needs to be opened up and cleaned, new felt or felt glued (?).
2) Vox Humana (vibrato) stop never worked all the years I had it (Vox Humana usually does NOT work because they were poorly designed).
