Nice traditional (not MCM/mid-century modern, but yes midcentury) vintage sofa/couch special ordered from Art Van, label reads Highland House Hickory/Art Van/August 1978.

Decent condition, wearing in a few spots. Maybe an upholstery shop can repair it?
