Warren Flying Club has been around since 1957 and is made up of 40 pilots flying three aircraft: two Cessna 172's and a Cessna 182. As an equity member, you are a part owner of these three planes. These planes are maintained in pristine condition. Each plane is hangared at Oakland Troy Airport (KVLL) and are scheduled online using Schedulemaster. The club also has four approved flight instructors available for biennial flight reviews, flight training, IFR, etc.

Student pilots are welcome and joining a flying club is a great way to reduce the costs of flight training. Warren Flying Club member rates are based on 'Tach Time'. When using the aircraft for training flight, the engine RPM meter (or tachometer) runs slowly when the engine is at idle, such as during taxiing, while 'setting up' for take-off, and during approach and landing. The difference can be as much as 10% to 20% less in recorded time when using the aircraft for typical 'pattern work' training flight.
Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
