These bikes were hand-built in Waterford, WI at the same facility they built the famous hand-built high-end Schwinn Paramount. Richard Schwinn (great grandson of Ignas Schwinn of the famous bike company) took over the Waterford plant after Schwinn went bankrupt in the 90's and built these amazing lightweight steel framed Waterford bikes.

This is a top-of-the-line cycle with an original build price of over $3500 by original owner. I'm the third owner and had this bike as a wall-hanger.
Look at pictures for condition. No dents in frame. Very little wear on frame and no paint chips. Nice Bike.
