Selling a Yuba Mundo Cargo Bike that I installed a front hub electric motor on.
I have the motor throttle programmed for 4 settings:
off
1 - 7mph
2 - 15mph
3 - 25mph
Speed 1 is great when you have to walk the bike to park it.
Advantage of this setup is that you use the throttle only when needed and since there is no pedal assist pedaling the bike feels very natural and you don't have to worry about the rear end kicking in on slippery pavement/leaves.
Also, having a front wheel motor the bike acts as a 2 wheel drive bike when you pedal and use throttle at the same time making it very easy to go up hills or to take off from stop.
