1951 Chris Craft 19' Mahogany Racing Runabout. One of the last project around out of a low production. This Racer was a local boat from Pine lake Oakland county.. The owner was Federals Dept store. I have owned it for many years and decided to sell it. The hull needs complete restoration and comes with an original type MBL Chris 6 cyl, 158 hp. Includes all the hardware and wood parts. Needs new decks and bottom. Side planks appears usable and are all original to hull. The hull is still very original. The sides are the hardest to replace and so that's a huge savings in time and cost. As a project state of the art construction using modern adhesives can be used.
Trailer is included and can haul anywhere but needs to be fitted to boat. Engine is complete and turns over and head is off for inspection... Also have a 327 chev V8 if you prefer. Very worthwhile restoring, highly desirable and valuable, restored around $60,000.00 I have a rare top collectable 19' Chris Craft 1940 Chris Craft Barrel Back, maybe the best year with blue gauges and orange deck stripes. Restoration started with all new mahogany bottom frames and 3/16" plywood sides ready for planks to be reinstalled which are usable. state of the art epoxy construction... have all hardware, gauges restored, prewar M engine, needs decks and bottom... on tandem axel trailer. 21,000,00. I have a 19' Chris Craft 1939 Barrel back the bottom, sides, and frames. Have hardware less windshield. M Engine. trailer... I have hundreds of Speedboat parts, what are you interested in... thanks... photos soon...
