24 EIGHT - 31 FIVE - 381 FIVE-----OUTBOARD MOTOR SAFETY HOOK w/ CATCH & CABLE VINTAGE ANTIQUE---this was made years ago where outboard motor owners worried about their outboards falling off the transom/boat---outboard used to have an eyelet on the front/side of the transom clamp to hook & catch an item like this---the cable end was then attached to the stern guaranteeing if the motor slipped its transom clamps it wouldnt fall to the bottom of the lake/river
