**ONE THING TO NOTE**
A/C controls are malfunctioning, you can either disconnect the cables yourself and use solely the touch screen to control the A/C, or you can get this repaired at Lincoln. I have not bothered. This is a well known issue among all 2013-2016 Lincolns & Fords.
