Schedule: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Pay: $18.00/hour (non-exempt, hourly)
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver consistently delicious food in a clean, organized, and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to spec and on time
Set up and break down stations; maintain par levels and prep lists
Keep kitchen areas clean and organized; assist with dish/utility as needed
Receive, rotate, and store deliveries properly
Communicate with FOH and BOH to keep tickets moving smoothly
Support specials, batch recipes, and periodic menu changes
Qualifications
1+ year line cook or relevant kitchen experience (grill, sauté, fry, or pantry)
Solid knife skills and understanding of station mise en place
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~40 lbs
Team-first attitude, punctual, and dependable
