I have decided to sell my highly modified version of the MDF Rose Engine 2.0. It has four stepper motors, one on each linear axis, and two on spindle One of the motors on the spindle drives the spindle, the other drives the “barrel” that will hold up to three rosettes, which allows phasing and dividing or multiplying the number of rosette lobes. The linear axis can be coordinated with the spindle to allow for surfacing, threading, fluting, etc.
Here is a list of features:
1”-8 spindle with a #2 Morse taper
Tailstock also #2 Morse taper
200mm stepper motor driven X axis
600mm stepper motor driven Z axis
7” Nextion Touch screen control
36 rosettes
Quick change tool post.
