Vienna Regulator chimes (1 time) on the half and chimes the hours on the hour. 1895 era. The half hour chime has been finicky for a long time, setting the lever in the movement will restart it for a while.
I have had it in the family since 1960. Movement repaired to working condition by "About Time" in 2004.
The clock is operational for awhile, may need a dab of oil to run properly.
