Valentine is a beautifully put together Red Roan Quarter Horse mare who is 6 years old and stands a stocky 15hh. She has been ridden wtc in the arena, out on the trails, down the road, through open fields and her favorite thing - swimming in the river. While she has been trailered out to dozens of parks for all day rides and has been trail ridden, she is not a kid-safe, bombproof horse. She does require an experienced, knowledgeable rider who’s willing to invest some time in her training. She’s a talented horse with lots of potential - she has effortless transitions, picks up both canter leads and has incredibly smooth gaits… and she has also threw me off.
