Are you a people-person helping customer as a Van Rental Associate!
Schedule: Full-time or Part Time
Job Description
• Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to match them with the right rental solutions
• Inspect vehicles upon return and pick up
• Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure smooth pick-up/drop-off
• Handle inquiries, and deliver top-tier customer service
• Assist with office tasks including filing
• Previous experience in sales, customer service
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using computers
• A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Must have a valid drivers license
