House has 2 large living rooms, newly updated kitchen (new countertops, fridge, and dishwasher), cost+heat friendly CENTRAL AC, in-unit washer/dryer, large fenced in backyard with tree shade, large storage area in basement, plenty of street parking on side of house (neighborhood is calm, friendly, and no crime issues whatsoever during my 2024-25 year here).
I (31M) use the basement for my art studio (I'm a University Lecturer and Professional Artist)

If you're a grad/Ph.D at Dearborn I can even give you rides.
