Hi - I have a private, fully furnished room available for rent in my house located just north of Woodward off of Saginaw. *** The utilities (all) are included ***. There is a $600 security deposit required on move in day. Must be okay with dogs - I have 2 friendly dogs (with their own issues) that are mine and I take full care of them. Must NOT smoke cigarettes and this room is for 1 person only. There are 2 people that live here - Myself and a very nice female tenant that you would share the upstairs bath with.
