I'm looking for a calm, working adult to rent my second bedroom. The room is freshly repainted and carpets are deep cleaned.
There is a TV available for your room if you want). The room for rent is clean and empty.
It is a1,150 square foot apartment situated in Troy on Rochester and Maple Rd. The apartment complex is the Gables of Troy. They have tennis courts, an indoor workout space and a nice outdoor pool.
I work as a cognitive therapist and am looking for a mature adult renter with full time job.
It is a peaceful, clean environment. I keep to myself for the most part. I'm looking for a clean, quiet person that likes cats (shes a nice cat). Gender doesn't matter -- quality of person does matter.
- Must provide proof of ability to pay rent monthly, including proof of full-time work.
- Must be clean (clean up after yourself in terms of your own garbage, dishes, etc).
- Must be able to explain why you left your last residence.
- No smoking in the house. There is a balcony. I don't care if you smoke weed, just not in the house.
- This is not a party house. I am very quiet and wish to keep the place quiet.
- Must show ID. Background check possible.

I'm renting out the second bedroom, and looking to split utilities and rent. Your rent would be $700.00 per month plus half of the electricity and wi-fi.
The apartment is 25 minutes from downtown Detroit, 15 minutes from Ferndale and 5 minutes from Royal Oak. Lots of great restaurants right around home, too.
