About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team in the merchant services industry. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for promoting a suite of payment processing solutions, including credit card processing, POS systems, e-commerce solutions, and value-added services.
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client payment processing needs.
• Present and sell tailored merchant service solutions, including payment gateways, virtual terminals, mobile processing, and other fintech offerings.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close and onboarding.
• Collaborate with your Sales Manager to prepare and present competitive sales proposals
• Work cross-functionally with operations, underwriting, and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Stay informed on industry trends, compliance updates, and competitor offerings.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in merchant services, fintech, or payments.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, POS systems, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM tools.
