Instructions:
Step 1 - Enter machine by holding onto foot braces and sitting on front of back pad
Step 2 - Slowly lower torso into lying position
Step 3 - Position small of neck over the location bump on head pad
Step 4 - Position feet on foot braces and grasp handles lightly
Step 5 - Apply slight pressure to handles while lifting torso and contracting the abdominals, using a slow, controlled movement
Note: Keep neck relaxed with head remaining contact with pad at all times
Step 6 - Slowly return to start position
