This dollhouse is completely finished, painted, wallpapered, with flooring installed! Raised panel shutters and door, and expertly molded railings and porch posts add warmth and charm. A wraparound porch and balcony suggest a leisurely lifestyle. The wooden roof shingles, 3/8" thick milled clapboard exterior walls and 3/8th inch thick upper floors have been designed for durability. Unique side-opening access provides additional entrance to the six rooms, which feature 9-inch floor to ceiling height. 34 1/2"W x 25"D x 33"H. It is not wired for lighting.

Includes furniture and family of dolls. Will also include small table and two small chairs for display and comfort if small ones are playing with it.
