This Hitch can be either Class I or Class II depending on the implementation:
Bolt On: A Class I hitch is designed for light-duty towing and typically has a capacity of up to 2,000 pounds (GTW) and a tongue weight (TW) capacity of up to 200 pounds.
Welded: A Class II hitch has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 lbs. gross trailer weight (GTW) and 350 lbs. tongue weight (TW). These hitches are typically used for smaller passenger vehicles like sedans and smaller vans, towing lightweight trailers and loads.

2” Hitch for Travel Trailers and Fifth Wheels.
Bolts on as Class I or welds on as Class II hitch to frame.
Can mount to side wall of frame or horizontal wall of “C” channel or “I” Beam with angled hardware.
For use with bike racks, cargo carriers and other accessories.
Not to be used pulling cars or boats if bolted in Class 1 Configuration.
