I purchased this trailer a year ago to clear out storage from my property in Florida during the hurricane. It's loaded with a 30A panel, 110v plugs & Tool storage built-in cabinets. I bought it from a trailer repair shop where their customer defaulted and they took possession, so there will be a bill of sale from my company to the new owner.
There is a ding in the upper driver's side corner roof, hence why it was at the repair facility in FL. The ramp plywood needs to be replaced along with the spring assist bar (missing) but the door closes flush and the center area of door ramp is solid. I put new rims & tires on it and drove it back to MI with no issues at all. Pulls straight and smooth. It also has a 12v winch mounted on the side-wall to open & close the ramp door, which comes with both wired/wireless remote controls. It's been in covered storage since being here, so it hasn't seen a winter yet from what I was told when I bought it.
With a little effort it could be a beautiful trailer and worth much more than I am asking for it. It's way more trailer than I need. Just started cleaning it up and the aluminum diamond treadplate is already regaining its shine with little effort. It's truly a LOT of Trailer for the money.
A gentleman left me a $500 deposit on it and was not able to close the deal, so that is the reason the price has been reduced on the listing from $5,995. His loss, your gain! I will not consider holding this trailer on deposit again, so please don't ask. Lesson learned >:-(
I need to free up the parking space. I already have cars, trucks, buses, boats & motorcycles. I appreciate all of the offers but NO TRADES please. First to come with cash in hand takes it.
