I purchased this trailer a year ago to clear out storage from my property in Florida during the hurricane. It's loaded with a 30A panel, 110v plugs & Tool storage built-in cabinets. That is how it was ordered and built from the manufacturer. (Not Homemade or DIY constructed) Bought it from a trailer repair shop where their customer defaulted and they took possession, so there will be a bill of sale from my company to the new owner.
There is a minor ding in the upper driver's side corner roof at the very rear of the trailer, hence why it was at the repair facility in FL. About 15-20" inches of the wood is bad towards the outer side edges of the ramp but the majority of the center area of door ramp (approx 5 ft) is still very solid for center loading. We used it for our hand trucks / dolly loading and the rear door closes flush & tight.
I put new rims & tires on it and drove it back to Michigan from Orlando with no issues at all. Pulls straight and smooth. It also has a 12v winch mounted on the side-wall to open & close the ramp door which replaces the missing manual spring door assist. It comes with both wired/wireless remote controls, since the spring assist bar missing. It's been in covered storage since being here, so it hasn't seen a winter yet from what I was told when I bought it.
Replacing the bad plywood on the door is not the daunting task that it may seem. DIY reference added on last pic for you to search for the vid. It's step by step and really straight-forward. With all of my other projects, I just haven't had the time to do it. It's simply 3/4 inch plywood that you can get from your local hardware store for about $80. This is the last reduction that will be done just because we need to free up space. Otherwise, the bad wood at the ramp door will be replaced and it will go back to the original price.
It's a beautiful, multifunctional trailer and already worth much more than I'm asking for it. It's just too big for my needs and I'd like to free up the parking space in our storage lot. Truly a LOT of Trailer for the money.
A gentleman drove in from Pennsylvania, left me a deposit on it and was not able to close the deal, so that is the only reason it was initially reduced from the original listing price. His loss, your gain! I will not consider holding this trailer on deposit, so please don't ask. Lesson learned >:-(
