We are a family-owned operation that cares deeply about our drivers and our equipment. We don’t have 10 trucks sitting empty; we have one dedicated opening for a pro driver who wants to be treated like a person, not a number.

THE PAY
Rate: $1,800 per round trip / weekly.

Weekly Pay: Consistent (1-week holdback).

Safety Bonus: Cash rewards for clean DOT inspections.

THE RUN & EQUIPMENT
Route: Dedicated Michigan ⇄ Laredo, TX.

Schedule: 5 days on the road, 2 days home for your reset.

Freight: 100% No-Touch. Steady, year-round volume.

The Truck: Reliable pre-emissions unit in excellent condition. No DEF or finicky sensors means no unnecessary downtime.

Transmission: 10-speed manual (Required).

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 3+ years OTR experience.

Transmission: Must be proficient with a 10-speed manual.

Background: Clean MVR, no felonies, and no SAP drivers.

Compliance: Must pass DOT drug test and hold a valid CDL-A with a current DOT Medical Card.
