The photo isn’t dated, but looking at the car on the left, the guy’s clothes, and the awnings on the building in the background, I’d say late 1930s, early 40s.
The photo measures 8 x 10 inches and is on a light cardboard stock. There's a slight crinkle to the left of the man's head and a small tear near the top border, but they no effect on the graphics.
Please excuse the crude watermarks. They’re only there to protect the original from being copied.
