+ Wooden Adirondack chair for ages 2 - 8 years old, color: dark green, condition - excellent, dimension: 18.5" W x 23" H x 9" D of seat. The back legs of the chair extend to 20", the chair is very sturdy. Purchased new at a high end children's toy store many years ago. The chair was only used on a covered patio, therefore it never was exposed to the elements. Chair was stored inside in the fall-winter months. Price: $30.00
+ Wooden "Slow Down, Children at Play" sign, color: yellow, condition - excellent, dimensions: 46" H (with an additional 6" spike that goes into the ground). Purchased new many years ago. The sign was used only on certain occasions and placed outside on sunny days, therefore it was never exposed to harsh weather. The image is only on one side of the sign. Price: $20.00
