Vintage Big Wheel - Tonka Crest Silver Flash Mail Away.
This I believe was a mail away prize from Crest Toothpaste company, I don't know the history behind them though and I have seen 3 different Crest Big Wheels online. This one is the Silver Flash. The Big Wheel itself is in pretty good shape, doesn't appear to have been ridden much at all, so there is plenty of life left in the tires. The stickers are a fading and a few have came off.
