This unit provides 1/2 hp, 319 RPM, and a razor sharp 13" hard alloy blade so that you can quickly slice up your own meats for the perfect signature sandwiches, pizzas, and appetizers. The slicer is built for commercial use and doesn't overheat even during heavy, prolonged use. Its comfortable and quiet operation makes it the ideal choice for use at the counter or in back of house.
Since it is manually operated, this slicer gives you precise control over the slicing process. Easily adjust the slice thickness between 0" and 15/16" with complete control depending on your needs and preferences with the convenient control knob.
The carriage glides smoothly on its track and features precision-machined, pencil-point grooves on the gauge plate for a secure grip that can incline at 0, 18, or 25 degrees toward the operator to slice a variety of meats from large hams to salami and turkey.
Made of anodized aluminum, this unit features a sophisticated design and high-end materials that are sure to last in a fast-paced commercial environment. This unit also has a side lift-arm to raise the slicer for convenient cleaning and sanitizing under the unit.
